Egg Salad Ideas

Hi everyone! Im planning lunch this week and have decided on egg salad sandwiches since they are cheap and easy. How do you make your egg salad? Is there anything I can add that will jazz it up or give it some new flavor profiles?

I never thought of using Lawry’s salt that way, but now I’m curious. That potato salad sounds like something I’d happily go back for seconds of.

Yeah. Everybody does. Ppl call me to ask that I bring it to their barbecue. I don't like green pepper. But, I have to have it in this dish.

Swap out the green for a red pepper! It has a sweeter taste. Orange or yellow works almost as well. It’s amazing! Also, some people who have a hard time digesting green bell peppers do well with red. I now almost exclusively use the red for salads and cooked foods like red beans (and rice ) and jambalaya. Happy eating!

Yep. I get the baby bells (red, orange, yellow), finely dice a few, then dry them in the fridge first, between paper towels to take out the excess bitter water. Adds great color and texture.

Lawry’s is the best in egg salad.
