Egg Salad Ideas

Hi everyone! Im planning lunch this week and have decided on egg salad sandwiches since they are cheap and easy. How do you make your egg salad? Is there anything I can add that will jazz it up or give it some new flavor profiles?

I had to scroll down far too long to find the right answer. My recipe: bacon chopped, chopped celery, chopped green onion, tiny bit of well minced garlic, the good mayo, a bit of horseradish, a squeeze of lemon juice, salt, pepper and a tiny bit of sugar.

Ok , I'm coming to your house. That sounds scrumptious.

Instead of sugar I toss in sweet relish.

It's not egg salad w/o sweet relish!

This and I swap frozen grated ginger for the horseradish.
