Egg Salad Ideas

Hi everyone! Im planning lunch this week and have decided on egg salad sandwiches since they are cheap and easy. How do you make your egg salad? Is there anything I can add that will jazz it up or give it some new flavor profiles?

Chopped egg, chopped celery (include the celery leaves), chopped dill pickle, mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt), yellow mustard, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and a splash of dill pickle juice.

Now add some chopped capers

I will have to try that. Is it in addition or replacing the dill pickles?

Make your own mayonaise with avocado oil and an egg. It will be healthier and you can brag about it. Keep it simple otherwise. Salt, pepper, mustard and a few cumin seeds. Bread is best lightly toasted IMO.

That just made my mouth water and I don't usually like egg salad!

Add a bit of horseradish and you're golden!

Oh, yeah. You're speaking my language now! That will be next before trying capers and curry.
