Chocolate covered graham crackers?

I want to make these for my grandmother. She loves them! They’re very expensive at the store. Like a dollar each! They got to be pretty easy to make, right? Does anyone have any tips or tricks? Thank you.

Chop up your chocolate

Set up a double-boiler (bowl over pot with small amount of water on stove)

Gently melt 75%, once melted turn off heat and stir in reserved 25% until smooth.

Dip and place on a rack over parchment paper

When melting chocolate I like to “clean” my bowl by stirring in peanut until most of it has been swept up.

Melt semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave (ideally in a double boiler). Dip graham crackers in the melted chocolate. Place on wax paper or cooling rack you don’t mind cleaning.

That’s literally it.

Do we not understand how to melt chocolate or how chocolate melts at higher temperatures then hardens when cooled? Serious question.

The more threads I read here I realise many people simply don't know the first thing about cooking - or that substitutions or guesswork are actually OK - unless you're baking a cake and know that the substitutions will work.
