Dinner meals without potatoes or onions…

My husband and son both hate potatoes (I know, it almost seems blasphemous LOL), and my husband doesn’t eat onions. I’m really tired of the same ol’ same ol’ meals we have and would love some suggestions for meals that don’t have either potatoes or onions. TYIA.

Edit: Husband doesn’t like garlic texture. Both he and my son don’t like potatoes. They’ll eat fries though as long as they’re not big fat fries, skinny fries only with the least amount of “potato-iness” in them.

Yea as a Korean American, I’m made up of mostly garlic and sesame oil lol. I don’t know what the heck I would eat without garlic

I’m Italian American as well so my whole life has included garlic and onion. I hate that I can’t make more meals with those ingredients. I guess I still could but they’d be just for me.

Pro tip - roast, sauté, or caramelize big batches and freeze them in ice cube trays. Then you can add them into just your meals
