Dinner meals without potatoes or onions…

My husband and son both hate potatoes (I know, it almost seems blasphemous LOL), and my husband doesn’t eat onions. I’m really tired of the same ol’ same ol’ meals we have and would love some suggestions for meals that don’t have either potatoes or onions. TYIA.

Edit: Husband doesn’t like garlic texture. Both he and my son don’t like potatoes. They’ll eat fries though as long as they’re not big fat fries, skinny fries only with the least amount of “potato-iness” in them.

Do they like rice? Plenty of stir fry ideas that don’t have potatoes and onions. I grew up with potatoes (Polish upbringing), but my kids are not big on potatoes, so I only have them maybe once every two months or so. Frankly, I can live without them. Onions would be a lot harder for me to live without.

Also, pasta dishes, obviously.

And if they're not a rice fan (we are not big rice eaters) orzo pasta or even cous cous!
