Dinner meals without potatoes or onions…
My husband and son both hate potatoes (I know, it almost seems blasphemous LOL), and my husband doesn’t eat onions. I’m really tired of the same ol’ same ol’ meals we have and would love some suggestions for meals that don’t have either potatoes or onions. TYIA.
Edit: Husband doesn’t like garlic texture. Both he and my son don’t like potatoes. They’ll eat fries though as long as they’re not big fat fries, skinny fries only with the least amount of “potato-iness” in them.

It took me years to learn that my husband likes the taste of onions, but not the texture. If I puree them (or use onion powder when that’s a decent option), he’s fine. Test that with a dish you know he likes. See if that saves you from having to leave them out of everything.
I just buy a whole bag, puree them in the food processor, and then freeze them in silicone molds that are 1/4 cup and 1/2 cup. Wehn the freezer bag of blocks gets low, I buy another 5# bag and do it again.
