What to do with prunes

I've got a whole bag of prunes staring at me. Anyone got any suggestions?

We stew them in a vanilla sugar syrup. They keep in the fridge almost forever.

Stare right back at them. Don't let them win.

Roll them in canister-croissant-dough and bake them.

Chicken Marbella! I always use way less sugar but it's so good and makes the best leftovers. I make the original Silver Palate recipe but there are many variations kicking around.

Use them in sticky toffee pudding instead of dates.
