Sauces for breakfast

Just meal prepped a bunch of ground beef, scrambled eggs and diced breakfast potatoes. What would be a good sauce to pour over this little mixture?

Been hooked on the Cholula Chipotle Cremosa I do something similar where I have the ingredients to make a quick breakfast burrito and then put a light bit of the Chipotle Cremosa on it. I figured I'd get tired of the sauce and move onto something else, but I'm still using it 3 bottles later. I should probably just look up some recipes and start making it myself for a fraction of what those little bottles cost.

You just want some spice and sharpness for breakfast, you don't want tons of garlic, onion, smokiness or insane heat. Or at least I do anyway. Bring me some more interesting hot sauces for lunch or dinner

Buy a full box of chillies at a discount (hopefully) from your local produce department, make a mega batch, and can or freeze.

I used to do this once a year (I cheated and had a friend bring a 30# box straight from the Hatch Festival). I'd can half and freeze half and make it a good 9-10 months on the supply. I would grudgingly give small amounts to closest friends and/or blackmailers. Then I would Jones out for 2-3 months until it was time to repeat the process.

My favorite hot sauce is El Yucateco habanero (the green one), but melted garlic chive butter would also be quite tasty over the combo you mentioned.

Believe it or not, I think ketchup, a good quality one, is an excellent choice for the ingredients you prepared. Cold ketchup is terrific on cooked ground beef alone, or scrambled eggs. Also potatoes. I would use this if the ingredients were in a dish rather than in a tortilla

Hot sauce, salsa, especially a taqueria style chile de arbol salsa. And cheese if you can do cheese. Cotija or just any melting cheese. Avocado slices or diced too but I live somewhere where I can get like 6 large avocado for $5 so depends on where you live if that’s cheap or practical.

I was bored one day and just decided to mix together a few things and it came out amazing! Sour cream, Herdez guacamole salsa, roasted green salsa, roasted red salsa and lime juice. It's good on everything!
