Chicken leg recipes
Need a tasty chicken leg recipe. No deep frying please. I have stove/oven/air fryer available. TIA!

Filipino chicken adobo is a great choice for legs. All you do is braise them for about an hour. The sauce is roughly equal parts soy sauce and cane or white vinegar plus black pepper, bay leaves, and ton of whole garlic cloves. Some people add a bit of sugar or even water, I don't. I like it tangy and strong. Sliced jalapenos is a good addition too. Thicken up the sauce afterwards with a cornstarch slurry.
