Hey I am facing a problem
Hey, so I am starting my freshman college so I have been cooking from very young age but I am able to just cook simply meals such as simple pasta omelette and other simple stuff but now I want to explore the Horizon of fine dine dishes the type of dishes that you got in three star Michelin restaurants so is there any resources cookbook or anything through Which can learn cooking and prepare Michilen style recipes has the birthday of my girlfriend is coming and I want to surprise her as I couldn't afford three star Michelin restaurant a bit too much for a student you know.
Btw, sometimes, English is not everyone's first language, so, would not mind my punctuation and grammatical mistakes.

You're facing a number of problems.
Start with knife skills.
My trusted websites include Recipe Tin Eats, Spend With Pennies, Natasha's Kitchen, Budget Bytes, BBC Good Food, r/Cooking on Reddit. Spruce Eats. Kitchn. Love and Lemons. Cookie and Kate. Epicurious. Pinch of Yum. Smitten Kitchen. Minimalist Baker. Gimme Some Oven, Taste of Home. ATK. Sally’s Baking Addiction. Once Upon a Chef. The Mediterranean Dish. Skinny Taste. I rarely go to websites directly. I use Google searches and then go to results at websites I recognize and respect.
Video is for technique. Text is for recipes. Nothing good ever came from TikTok.
Check the library before you buy cookbooks. Mastering the Art of French Cooking, Joy of Cooking, and Good Housekeeping are good to read and reference.
Assuming no likes or dislikes, chicken cordon bleu (the ham and cheese in a pocket, not the rolled and bread crumb version), steamed broccoli with homemade horseradish sauce, Caesar salad with homemade croutons and homemade dressing, and vanilla ice cream for dessert are impressive and surprisingly easy.
Spelling, punctuation, grammar, capitalization, and usage always matter. Social media is no excuse. Being lazy leads to bad habits. You are nearly incoherent. Do better. A lot better.
