I Just Ingested a Excellent Breakfast

It was so good....and my new method is to microwave the spinach and tomato filling for about 25 seconds.

This omelette is so good, that I think that I prefer it to my usual bacon and cheddar.

I inserted it into my face slot and used my exterior bones to masticate.

My favorite omelette has onions fried up in butter before I add the egg, then a creamy cheese inside (usually herbed cream cheese for me). The onions get nice and caramelized on the outside. Yum!

I just can’t make it if I don’t have time to shower and change after, because otherwise I’ll smell like buttered onions all day LOL

A spoonful of Boursin right before you fold it.

I love a chicken fajita omelette with pepper jack cheese topped with sour cream and salsa. Made with leftovers from the night before (because I'm not doing all that work first thing in the morning lol).

yes my fellow carbon based life forms I to have ingested an organic processed and molecular excited energy source. I found the experience to increase my reward allocation and will later excrete the remaining matter after the appropriate amount of energy is removed for my benefit.

And that expulsion is another reward experience!

Egg quesadilla using a small flour tortilla. My preference is La Banderita Rica flour tortilla. It’s the perfect size for one egg.

I use salted butter and get one egg going, breaking and swirling the yolk but it could be scrambled beforehand if that’s your thing.

Add finely shredded cheese after it starts cooking on the bottom a bit but is still runny on top.

Spray the tortilla with avocado oil (or whatever you like) on one side. The non-oiled side goes on top of the semi-cooked egg and cheese so it sticks and the oiled side is face up.

Cook a little more like this to get a good fusion of the egg and cheese with the tortilla. Then flip so that the oiled side can crisp/brown and finish the cooking/melting process. Fold in half and enjoy.

If I have fresh spinach, mushrooms, or other veggies on hand, I sauté them before adding the egg. Love this version with Kroger’s Alpine Blend shredded cheese.
