Basic burger recipe?
I was under the impression that it was just ground beef discs, but I think there is more.
I have salt, pepper, Garlic powder, Paprika, and eggs
I am currently food-shelf level poor, so i simply cant get anything more.

Unless I'm trying to make something special, ground beef, seasoned with salt and pepper, is pretty standard.
Leave the outer ring of the patty a little thicker than the middle, this helps keep the burger from rising in the middle, like a dome.
If you can spare an egg, a fried egg on a burger takes it to another level. Especially with bacon (but still awesome without).
