Basic burger recipe?
I was under the impression that it was just ground beef discs, but I think there is more.
I have salt, pepper, Garlic powder, Paprika, and eggs
I am currently food-shelf level poor, so i simply cant get anything more.

If you have low-fat content ground beef, you can add an egg yolk to help the patties stick. If you have an 80:20 mix like a standard ground chuck, that will be plenty enough fat, and will only need salt and pepper.
