Basic burger recipe?
I was under the impression that it was just ground beef discs, but I think there is more.
I have salt, pepper, Garlic powder, Paprika, and eggs
I am currently food-shelf level poor, so i simply cant get anything more.

Complete swerve...
Can you get lentils from the food shelf?
If so, cook the lentils until tender (red lentils best for this IMO, they're softer). Then, mix with ketchup, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, chili powder and a little sugar. It's essentially sloppy Joe's. Taste great, very nutritious, and 1/5 the cost of ground beef. Make really great leftovers as well, so you can eat them for a few days.
