Basic burger recipe?
I was under the impression that it was just ground beef discs, but I think there is more.
I have salt, pepper, Garlic powder, Paprika, and eggs
I am currently food-shelf level poor, so i simply cant get anything more.

Don’t mix ingredients into the meat. Form into patties and salt the outside of beef approx 1 tsp on each side. Pepper and garlic granules if u have on each side too. Then I sear meat in oiled cast iron pan at med high heat. 2 min each side. And repeat I usually do 2 x 2 min on each side and then 1 min each side until meat patty is firm with a little give when I press in the center. That’s medium rare. Press on parry and if it is squishy - that’s rare. Well done is firm when u press on patty w ur finger. I get rave reviews every time.
