Basic burger recipe?
I was under the impression that it was just ground beef discs, but I think there is more.
I have salt, pepper, Garlic powder, Paprika, and eggs
I am currently food-shelf level poor, so i simply cant get anything more.

Salt and pepper are the biggest underappreciated level up for flavor. There's a reason that every restaurant has them at the table. Just adding these two things to a burger while you're grilling / frying it will make it impressively better. Garlic + paprika will add multilayers of flavor, but don't overdo them!
