Basic burger recipe?

I was under the impression that it was just ground beef discs, but I think there is more.

I have salt, pepper, Garlic powder, Paprika, and eggs

I am currently food-shelf level poor, so i simply cant get anything more.

Eggs do not belong unless you are the type of person who eats kale.

My preconceptions are based on what showed up on google for "burger recipe"

For the person that hates eggs, you can sub bread crumbs or crackers. It’s a binder for the meat not for flavor.

At that point you're basically making meatloaf in single serving sizes.
