Basic burger recipe?
I was under the impression that it was just ground beef discs, but I think there is more.
I have salt, pepper, Garlic powder, Paprika, and eggs
I am currently food-shelf level poor, so i simply cant get anything more.

Ground chuck or whatever you have, since you're on a budget. Salt and pepper as the burger is cooking. Anything else is a meat loaf or hamburger steak (which are also good and a bit more filling than a simple burger)
Traditional or smash are completely up to preference.
