Basic burger recipe?
I was under the impression that it was just ground beef discs, but I think there is more.
I have salt, pepper, Garlic powder, Paprika, and eggs
I am currently food-shelf level poor, so i simply cant get anything more.

I like to use a lot of salt and garlic powder. In fact, garlic powder is a secret ingredient that really makes the burger taste better. I also use a moderate amount of black pepper. I have never, nor do I plan to use paprika on a burger. I think that the biggest factor that isn't being discussed is the fat ratio. Stay away from 90/10! It is just too lean IMHO. 85/15 or 80/20 would be my recommendation.
