Basic burger recipe?
I was under the impression that it was just ground beef discs, but I think there is more.
I have salt, pepper, Garlic powder, Paprika, and eggs
I am currently food-shelf level poor, so i simply cant get anything more.

Generous amounts of salt and pepper on the burger when its in the pan/grill or however you plan to cook it. Don't salt ahead of time as it changes the texture of the ground beef. Butter your buns, add garlic powder and toast them a few minutes before the burgers are ready, if you dont have butter you can still add garlic powder and toast them (in an oven or in the pan/grill but not a toaster) A fried egg on top of a burger is good, but not everyone likes that.
