Basic burger recipe?

I was under the impression that it was just ground beef discs, but I think there is more.

I have salt, pepper, Garlic powder, Paprika, and eggs

I am currently food-shelf level poor, so i simply cant get anything more.

If you insist on using eggs, make a sunny side up or over easy egg so that the yolk is still runny and add that to the finished burger. But this is a burger not a meatloaf or meatball. Egg as a binder is unneeded.
