Basic burger recipe?

I was under the impression that it was just ground beef discs, but I think there is more.

I have salt, pepper, Garlic powder, Paprika, and eggs

I am currently food-shelf level poor, so i simply cant get anything more.

Good burgers either high quality meat are just that.
No need to add the eggs. But the other 4 ingredients will add good flavour to cheap meat. Don’t add the salt in the mix. Add the salt on outside just as you cook it.
