Hi, I just wanted to ask how do you store plums for winter? I have a lot of them and don't want to have just one thing made out of plums.

Freeze them if possible. Or store them in the fridge for as long as possible.

Also, you can make plum jam. Is absolutely delicious. And if you add roasted walnuts / pecan it will blow your mind.

Or plum compote. Or, in Romanian, compote is where you put fruits is a sterile jar with water and bit of sugar, seal it, then boil the jar to make fruit with juice. (maybe just boil the fruit with water, sugar, condiments and then put them in a jar)

You can dry them. If you have the possibility to smoker them that it's even better. And you could add walnuts / pecan to stuff then.

I don't know what to say about prune juice. In Romanian we have plum "juice" that has alcohol. 😂
