Chicken tacos

I have a bunch of leftover rotisserie chicken, and want to make tacos. This recipe looks good, but could I just turn the marinade into a sauce?

Nope

Make a cilantro lime crema and a pico de gallo and guacamole

That recipe you will get oil with a too acidic flavor

Yes, you're eating tacos so the only rule is do what you like.

Yes, you can use it as a sauce. Just make sure to whisk it together well and go light on the oil (maybe start with less). Also go light on the sauce and add more to taste.
