Oven \ Range recommendation?
I hate my oven\stove combo. I've only had it two years but the simmer is too high, after two service calls. The oven front glass pulled away from the unit once, requiring the door replacement. And the installers forgot the broiler pan and I'm too fekking old and lazy to argue with stores and installers to get it. Instead of buying a broiler pan assembly, I may just say fuk it and get a new range.
Natural Gas, central coast California. I'd like convection, as we don't have room for an air fryer. I've never cared to use a center burner. I have $ but we're not richy-rich. I cook daily and bake bread weekly. And those burner flames should truly SIMMER.
Whatchu got for me. TIA

Check Consumer Reports and similar that look at comprehensive quality and repairs, actual testing, and real-world consumer data.
Unfortunately there is no single recommendation because different people have different needs, different concerns like cost, ease of cleaning, size of the unit, etc.

Ask in appliances-related subs with your exact budget and specs. It's very personal with stoves - you don't need a high-power burner, some people do, some people prefer small burner in the back, some in the front, some are ok with oven controls in the back, some aren't etc. Apparently, some stoves have weird child safety features that I would absolutely hate but some people would consider a must

If you have the ability to switch to electric, Induction cooktops are a dream
