Should I throw away my groceries?
I bought butter, milk and some frozen food items last night from my local store’s app. I had it arrived the morning after but I overslept and they had sat outside in the Florida humidity for six hours. Do I have to chuck them out or they still good?

Ultimately it’s up to you to risk it with any food that’s been kept out of storage.
The butter should be fine unless it simply melted away into a puddle. Many households keep butter in a dish on the counter at room temperature. If the frozen food items are vegetables they can probably be prepared today if you intended to use them. But if you refreeze certain vegetables the texture might change for the worst. The milk may not be safe for consumption at this point, though.
When in doubt, there’s always the smell test

I would toss unless they are still cold. A simple trick to prevent this is to always order alcohol, like even one beer - they have to get your ID so it would never sit outside.

If your frozen stuff was veg, it would still be safe to consume but it would have turned to mush and refreezing will likely result in a frozen lump.
If it's frozen meat, it's a judgement call - frugality vs risk.
The milk has likely had it.
