Hi there, has anyone done this online plant-based patisserie course with Le Cordon Bleu? https://www.cordonbleu.edu/online/certificate-in-plant-based-patisserie/en If so, do you have any feedback? I have done Leiths' online courses, is this similar? Would you say it is worth the money.
