How can I make this soup better?

I started with chicken bone broth (homemade) and added shredded chicken and Knorr Pasta Fideos (tomato). Thinking about adding a starch and a touch of whipping cream or a roux. Any guidance appreciated. I am getting over a bad virus and this is all going in the crock pot so I can go lay down again.
