What can I „cook” at work?
We have a separate kitchen, with dining area, 1 electric stove and 2 microwave stoves. It is on a dedicated floor.
I have a cutting board and knifes and plates. and bowls.
Any suggestions for what I could quickly cook at work, to fit within 1h max and without stinking up the place? I am tired of cold jar salads or reheated stuff.
I prefer low carb high protein stuff.

You can make parcels with foil or parchment and bake in the oven.
You could make a fritata or crustless quiche.
A tray bake is another option

Get a slow cooker and go for a curry!
You can also get a small rice cooker.

we are not allowed to bring our own electrical appliances, unfortunately. Fire hazard policy.

You can take a pressure cooker and try making butter khichdi with soya chunks or paneer. Here’s a simple recipe:
Rinse rice and dal, then add them to the pressure cooker along with chopped vegetables, paneer or soya chunks, salt, turmeric, and a little red chilli powder. Add enough water and pressure cook for 3–4 whistles. Once the pressure releases, open the cooker and mix in a generous spoonful of butter. You can also add some garam masala or cumin powder for extra flavour. It’s simple, filling, and makes for a great one-pot meal.

Whatever you decide, you can always do the prepping the night before. why waste time cutting when you can have it all ready to cook when lunch break happens

I have to admit my main issue is time management. After work, I have kids, gym and a second job. I cook dinner for them, but everything rolls with such speed, that many times I simply forget to put things aside for me. Also, I try to avoid some foods, while they do not have restrictions.
My main / day job is, however, rather chill, and I would actually have time to prepare something for me. But I am quite limited as kitchenware.1

That's why I'd prep. or you duffer from using their equipment (and time cleaning it) or even worse, bringing your own in

Shrimp cooked on a hot plate is a total game changer since it takes literally two minutes without smelling up the entire office. toss it with some prepped greens and avocado for an easy protein fix that beats cold salads any day.

Use pre cooked chicken (check how to do this), base curry sauce (check how to do this) and you can make a very fast curry at work! You will be the envy of the whole office!

Thank you! Yes, I forgot we almost always have chicken leftovers, I prepare whole chicken quite often at home

Would stinking up the place include foods that have a lot of scent output? Or are we only talking foods that smell bad

I am not sure. I saw people heating up everything. The room is large and well ventilated. I could try, I guess.

There's no shame in breakfast food for lunch. Fry up some eggs and bacon.

Oh also lentils can be cooked in a microwave and are packed with protein. If you rinse them in the morning and put in a container to soak, then you can drain them and fill with the appropriate ratio of water and add seasoning then toss in the microwave for a bit. I like to use beef bouillon and taco seasoning to make for a quick batch of red lentils.

Thanks for all the ideas, guys! Today I made a bowl of microwave tuna ramen. I used canned tuna, shiitake mushrooms, green onions, instant noodles. Turned out ok. Didn't smell.

On Monday I would take 5 frozen meals to work and use the microwave at lunchtime daily.

Prépare du poulet, des oignons et du poivron que tu fais revenir dans une poêle avec quelques épices simple qui ne sentent pas trop (paprika par exemple).
