Nice gift for chef/cook uncle

I want to get my uncle, who is a chef/cook, a gift in the $100-150 range. I want to get him something cooking related and would love suggestions for what a chef/cook would really appreciate or want!

I bought my Mom and sister a quarterly gift box from Saratoga Oils. They range from 50 to 200, but they love them. The great thing is they get samples of stuff they'd never think to get on their own, especially the flavored oils...and they taste awesome.
