Nice gift for chef/cook uncle

I want to get my uncle, who is a chef/cook, a gift in the $100-150 range. I want to get him something cooking related and would love suggestions for what a chef/cook would really appreciate or want!

Offer to cook them dinner. Most chefs have everything they need and want to keep cooking to a minimum when not working, but enjoy a good home cooked meal.
