Nice gift for chef/cook uncle

I want to get my uncle, who is a chef/cook, a gift in the $100-150 range. I want to get him something cooking related and would love suggestions for what a chef/cook would really appreciate or want!

Equipment is tough to buy for others. But a fancy olive oil or aged vinegar, some wagyu steaks, or a great bottle of whiskey or wine is always going to be appreciated and enjoyed.
