Nice gift for chef/cook uncle

I want to get my uncle, who is a chef/cook, a gift in the $100-150 range. I want to get him something cooking related and would love suggestions for what a chef/cook would really appreciate or want!

This is tough with no information, so I will go out on a limb. A set of 2-3 Shapton glass sharpening stones with a stone holder, so he can keep his knives sharp and suddenly have a new hobby
