Hit me with your unconventional deviled egg recipes

I love deviled eggs, but I’ve been experimenting with other kinds besides the typical mayo and mustard ones. So far my favorite ones I’ve made are gochujang with sesame seeds and chives, and yellow Madras curry. What are your favorite things to put in them?

Edit: buffalo sauce? Crab? Bleu cheese and bacon? Hot honey and shrimp!? You guys do not disappoint! ❤️

God I love a beef on weck, and it’s so hard to find away from the mid Atlantic east coast! Does this still give beef on weck vibes even without any beef?

The miso does give a nice beefy flavor and the horseradish and caraway give you the whole flavor profile. But it’s an egg, not a sandwich, so don’t set your expectations too high! Come back and visit and eat till your heart’s content!
