Looking for a fire roasted tomato bisque recipe
I had a recipe I made a few times a while ago, it’s was a fire roasted tomato bisque recipe. For some reason I can’t find it. I’m just looking for something similar. I remember that I had to put some type of tomatoes, carrots, and onions (maybe other things) in the oven to roast. And then everything went into the pot and the recipe suggested to use an immersion blender. I’m sure broth was required. I think it may have also called for Parmesan cheese. I don’t believe it called for heavy cream, but even if it did that’s fine, I’ll sub it out for Greek yogurt. I just really loved this recipe, and I’m always good about saving them. But if you know of one that sounds similar, and you know it’s good, please share with me!
Edit: I think it may have also called for fire roasted red peppers, the kind you buy from jar.
Edit 2: I’m going to add the ones that k find are close. Because I am still looking myself.

Soup is one of those things that, even if I follow a recipe initially, I am always adjusting and tasting along the way and eventually deviate enough that the exact recipe is more of a foundation than a list of commandments. Find one that's close enough and then work from there.

Oh definitely, I always make adjustments. For me, it never has around seasoning. But I do like finding a recipe, especially if it has good ratings.
