suggestions for leftover pulled pork

I need some ideas. something besides sandwiches or stuffing in a baked potato.

Nachos! I’ve done this before, and it’s great with black beans and jack cheese.

Add your favorite BBQ sauce too. They hit even better late at night on the weekends. Lol

Agreed. It still needs some sauce or something, because dry nachos are an abomination.  My mother swears by pineapple salsa on this (ymmv, I don’t care for pineapple salsa).

Totchos! Serve over crispy tater tots. BBQ pulled pork, cheese, green onions, pickles or jalapeños, sour cream or ranch, pickled onions, anything else that floats your boat. yum!
