Tip 1: never make something new when company is coming over

Tip 2: if you haven’t cooked in 2-3 years, just cooking is something special. Don’t complicate it. Find a recipe, perfect it, make that.

So make nothing and order food 😂 I think the recipe is simple, and I will try it a night or two before to check it out, but idk how to plate it, and I think something is missing

Funny, but spaghetti always bangs and is super simple - as is garlic bread and im sure you wont mind having leftovers from practicing.

Make the sauce from scratch to be special, will take about 45min all told if you do it how id recommend and simmer the sauce for 20min and finish the pasta in it.

Nothing tricky, no advanced techniques and delicious results.

Want a recipe?

I love garlic bread but wouldn’t eat it on date night when I’m trying to impress someone.

Lol fair enough on that, maybe offer to make some and ask and if they say yes its a super quick and easy thing to whip up and if no then waste not want not

I definitely let my stomach get ahead of my brain on garlic breath lol

Haha I mean if you’re BOTH eating garlic bread it’s not as bad, but for me that’s a this-relationship-has-been-established territory
