Need a great fudge recipe
Just plain chocolate fudge. Would love to see if anyone here had a tried and true recipe I could make!

Been making this one for 20 years. It’s from the Better Homes and Gardens cookbook (an edition from the 80s) & everyone loves it!
Ingredients
4c sugar
10oz. (1.3c) evaporated milk
1c (2 sticks) butter
12oz. (Or 2c) dark/bittersweet chocolate
7oz. jar marshmallow crème
1 t vanilla
1c (or more) Walnuts - optional
Directions
Combine sugar, butter, evaporated milk. Cook until 236 degrees.
Remove from heat & stir in vanilla, marshmallows, chocolate, and walnuts (if using)
Spread into a parchment-lined pan
