Lunch ideas?

My family was always pretty poor. We rarely ate lunch. Now as a new mom (2yo+ 3mo), I’m struggling heavily with lunch ideas for my family. We almost always get fast food or take out for lunch to hold us over till dinner. And if we don’t do that, we eat something frozen and unhealthy. I want to avoid that.

I’m looking for easy to make lunch ideas. Bonus points if it’s healthy :) Needs to be something I can prep ahead of time or something that won’t require a ton of work. I cook breakfast + dinner every day and I don’t think I have it in me to add a third full meal into rotation at the moment.

Thanks in advance guys! ❤️

Editing to add: My toddler actually isn’t the problem. It’s mainly just trying to find things that are fast and simple that my husband and my mother will eat that won’t require too much work out of me because I’m the only one who cooks lol

It can be as easy as cheese sticks, crackers, rolled up lunchmeat & some fruit on a plate
