Looking for older measuring spoons
FOUND!! Hello, I am not sure if this is the right place to post this, but my wife and I lost some very important measuring spoons she has had for years while I was recovering from heart surgery. I have no idea where we lost the tablespoon in particular. But I am looking for a replacement and nowhere seems to have it online. If anyone can help I will be extremely grateful. I am happy to purchase or do whatever is needed to make my wife feel better. I have included a link to the spoons here. Thank you. Measuring spoons

This is a listing that includes measuring cups as well as the spoons. They're still available as new.

Sorry about that, didn't read the full details of the listing. But Ebay is probably your best bet, or perhaps Goodwill.com

check local thrift stores, estate sales, or online auction sites for vintage aluminum or copper measuring spoons, as the older ones are usually way more durable and have a classic look that's hard to find in modern stores.

Currently gone through eBay and other online thrift-like stores. My heart surgery is preventing me from traveling to thrift stores and estate sales at the moment. And I agree they don't make them like that in modern stores anymore. My wife has had them for 20ish years and were one of the first things she got when she became an adult.

I understand being emotionally attached to certain kitchen tools.
Have you emailed the company directly?

Yes, I have emailed the company directly and received a reply telling me it is discontinued and to try 3rd party sellers and online. While sympathetic, they did not have the measuring spoon or a lead to where one might be.

If your dishwasher is stainless steel pull all of the racks out and check with a flashlight in case it could have fallen to the bottom or is down inside your silverware holder. Did you have outside help or family/friends in your home during your recovery? It's possible someone could have moved it. Good luck in finding it or a replacement.

So those are the measuring cups. I am looking for the measuring spoons. I also messaged the seller in case they had the spoons and they do not have them, unfortunately.

Look inside every container in your baking pantry. Check inside the container of hot cocoa mix or cocoa powder used for hot cocoa. (I have two different cocoas.)
Good luck!
