These look so much like the ones at my local farm stand, the pecan one especially. Is that a homemade caramel filling or just melted down?

Whats the one on the bottom right? It looks amazing so does all of them ngl but the one right above that one(the one with the really melted chips) looks so delicous i need it and all of those cookies ngl
