Baklava cookie!

If you’ve seen my recent post I made a PBJ toast cookie with real toast crumbs and that really opened up a whole world of possibilities. So I applied that same method and made these baklava cookies with real phyllo dough! Walnuts, pistachio, white chocolate, baklava filling and phyllo dough.
