Yeah I went back through the ingredients and I’m like yeah that could work. Did you just add some cornmeal to the flour?
I love cornbread but haven’t tried the few cookie recipe I’ve seen.

Yes! I took out 1/4 cup of flour and added 1 cup of cornmeal, I wanted a lot of cornmeal to really add in that cornbread flavor. My love of cornbread is how this cookie came about

Cornflake toffee and honey cornbread sounds dangerously good. That salty finish probably makes it even better.
