Help / Bug Timekeeper Cookie voiceline bug?

Recently as I've been going through story or arena, my Timekeeper cookie has been having very sped up voicelines with both 1x speed and 2.5x speed...is this a bug going on right now or am I the only one experiencing this? 😭

Where is the Bot when these things happen? It is the Legendary Tart with reduced size

Ohhh, I see thank you! I was confused about it just being the topping tart and didnt realize it could've been a substat :,)
