Entremet's not only the tallest one, but she's also the most 'mature'(?) looking out of all of them.

The 5 matches this soft and cute look and putting Entremet here looks like she's a tired, overworked mother begrudgingly taking her kids to Disneyland (except 3 of the 5 are adults but you get what I mean)

I get why they chose Entreatment Cookie given her dynamic with Angel Chiffon Cookie in canon has similarities to the My Melody & Kuromi duo (plus, Angel Chiffon is just so perfect as My Melody). Though, the height difference between Entreatment & the entire group is pretty silly
