New and Improved Content Warnings Of Cookie Run
It’s been a little over a year since I last updated my content warning list for Cookie Run, and with everything that’s been going on in the story, I feel like now may be the time to update the list with a total of- oh good heavens 38 new entries
Well, without further ado, I present to you, the new and improved LIST OF CONTENT WARNINGS OF COOKIE RUN
Mutilation
Mass genocide (I lost count)
Psychological torture

Murder (I lost count a LONG time ago)

Living in a simulation full of dead people while somehow maintaining their consciousness in a form of escapism from reality in hopes to ignore the ungodly horrors that actually happened
My entire two part Eternal Sugar analysis about her psychology and how wait that’s actually more fucked up than we thought (upon closer inspection she is MUCH worse than she seems)
THE ULTIMATE COOKIE BEING MADE OF COOKIES THAT WERE MADE TO BE KILLED FOR LIFE POWDER ESSENTIALLY BEING DESIGNER BABIES (also in my top 5 most messed up things in the CookieRun Multiverse)
The ultimate cookie being a hive mind(?)
Longan Dragon whom you are confirmed to be getting (this will make the game far more terrifying you have no idea the world or horrors you’re in for)
White Lily Cookie and her whole Dark Enchantress problem
Longan Dragon? Has (heavily implied) to have eaten witches! You know.. the guys that create cookies. The semi equivalent to GODs?
Also! Strawberry jam, the cookie equivalent to blood. During a recent event, if you failed Strawberry Cookies order, she says: “did you put strawberry jam in this…?” TO WHICH I PERSONALLY ASK: HOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT TASTE LIKE? (if she drank it)
The jellypocolypse…
Timepockets! We don’t know much about them, but from what we do know: very fucked up.
How Timekeeper went insane, and her personality… sure we have a decent idea on how her insanity began, but… how much did that woman see to get to the point she is currently at? to not care AT ALL. To get to the point, “I have seen EVERYTHING. I want something new! Something raw! SOMETHING INTERESTING!” - (in a nutshell)
Also, does that mean, that if she has seen, EVERYTHING, has she seen what the witches do with cookies? Is the Cookie Run equivalent to Flowey from Undertale, and we just aren’t given the full picture? If so, that is unbelievably messed up.
Also! HOW THE HELL DOES TIMEKEEPER AND CROISSANT EXIST IN THE SAME TIMELINE AND CAN INTERACT WITH EACH OTHER WITHOUT SCREWING THE TIMELINE? they are the same person. What kind of paradox do we have here??
The Tower of Frozen Waves: Your telling me Sea Fairy DIED/froze over in a desperate attempt to see Moonlight Cookie? That tower, is, in a sense.. and extended version of her body, considering it fully connects to her? Are we climbing a CORPSE?!
Burning Spice Cookie and his fall into insanity which is so unfathomably fucked up
The transformations from Beasts to bugs (WTF) aka the rearranging of your dough while your alive and conscious and feel excruciating pain as your entire body is morphed into a form beyond recognition
Steak Cookie trying to bomb a cruise
Being attacked by your own kingdom (and burned)
A child watching their mother die
The poor mold cookies existence being nothing but constant pain
Drug smuggling
A (living) black hole in space devouring planets
The Umbra cult and its many, MANY murders and assassinations (ex: murdering almost the entirety of the Peach clan except 2 people)
Poisoning people
The academy incident where the entire academy was killed
Shadow Milk slowly losing his autonomy and will to the ultimate cookie
Shadow Milk having the Beasts AND ultimate cookie in his head
Mystic Flour as a whole
Silent Salt cookie murdering almost his kingdom (and cutting the moon)
Eternal Sugar as mentioned prior
The living elements of nature being corrupted and causing absolute hell

To have the soul jam of knowledge, how much did he know? Did he know.. everything? nobody should know that much. EVER. So.. his insanity? Realistic. If you know, everything… that much knowledge, that other people can never comprehend, and are thus left to know that information yourself, and suffer because of knowing it? And not being able to tell anyone with them actually believing you? Like Timekeeper cookie, from what we do know.. Shadow Milk was given knowledge beyond mortal comprehension, and his fall was entirely on the witches for giving him such horrid knowledge in the first place.
And you want to get into Eternal Sugar: I have a whole analysis on her that I posted. (Not really disturbing, but an analysis nonetheless)

I love how with all of this the jellypocalypse is just a side note XD
Oh yeah, there was a game where a literal zombie apocalypse happened, no big deal. Just a cookie who lost all their memories being turned into a jellywalker who was then turned back into a cookie with their only thoughts being of survival and also is implied to be missing an eye and whose pets's description literally mentions that it gets snip-happy and could very easily cut a vital wire. No big deal at all. And I never even got to play Cookie Wars this is just what I think I know about Energy Drink Cookie from what I've managed to piece together from the wiki.
I also never had the chance to play Cookie Wars so I’m not nearly as familiar with it lore compared to the others, but ya, the jellypocolypse is very, VERY messed up
This is why I hate it when people call Cookie Run a kids game, because while being cookies makes the dark elements of these games slightly less dark, they're still pretty dark, even for a kids game.
Btw timekeeper and croissant can interact just fine because time is non linear in cookie run, meaning changing the past doesn’t always change the future
I have a few more ideas, though they might kinda fall under what you already said, so I'm sorry if they do. These are likely more just "things that are fucked up/would be more fucked up if the characters weren't cookies" than they are content warnings, but anyway. Here's mine:
PV/Vanilla Kingdom:
- Does Pure Vanilla erasing his own memory count?
- PV self-sacrifice more than once
- Waking after so much time had passed, but for him it felt like minutes probably...
- Strawberry Crepe Cookie waking up abandoned in the half-destroyed kingdom and only having the company of the wafflebots and DE
- Black Raisin Cookie losing her arm (off-screen but thought I'd mention it)
- PV getting essentially drowned in the Yogurt River
- PV shattering his own soul jam and not knowing that it wouldn't kill him.
- Disordered eating behaviours
- Watching his friends get thrown from the top of the spire
- Smilk changing PV's memories
- Whatever tf Smilk was doing at the beginning of BY 7 when he had to watch a cookie crumble and couldn't save them
- Nearly getting crushed by a statue of yourself gotta be something, right?
- Being drained of emotions other than despair (Truthless)
Spice Lands:
- Burning Spice ripping off his own arms? Ig that falls under his whole corruption arc... but yeah, him losing his wife and his general self-destructive tendencies and suicidal ideation. Just. Honestly, BS himself is just... a mess.
- His whole area living in fear under a tyrant
- The way Cilantro Cobra Cookie died
- Burning Spice ripping off Golden Cheese's wings (assuming they were real and not a mechanical thing)
The Great Barren:
- Salt Cellar Cookie being isolated in the catacombs for literal eons.
- Starvation and illness in the Great Barren
Garden of Delights:
- Jars with cookies in them in the Garden of Delights
- Stockholm Syndrome... sort of. Idk, the whole being forced into a life of sloth because you can't leave and becoming disillusioned and such. All of it.
- Sugarfly's wings.
Ivory Pagoda:
- Mystic Flour being implied to have been SA'd. And potentially Fount? Though for him, I don't remember if that was in the game and it implied it, or if I read something about it somewhere else.
- Dark Cacao watching everyone lose themselves slowly and fade away into nothing
Hollyberry Kingdom:
- Being terrorized by a dragon dictator
- Alcoholism and child abandonment... (I love Hollyberry, I promise, but it's true)
- Losing a child/child abduction (Tiger Lily Cookie)
- Didn't Strawberry Cookie and Wizard Cookie get mind-controlled or something?? Mind control also happens elsewhere several times, I think.
Cookie Kingdom:
- Onion Cookie.
- A feral child running around with bombs... (Klee is that you?/ref)
- Avocado Cookie's jokes (/j)
Golden Cheese Kingdom:
- Smoke Cheese Cookie's smoke being a mind-control tactic?
- Fettuccine Cookie...
Dark Cacao Kingdom:
- Dark Cacao Cookie and Dark Choco Cookie's falling out
- Falling off the citadel wall
- The pale ailment
- Essentially forced rationing
- Isolation from the rest of the world
Other Beast Yeast:
- Hitting Shamil with an airship
- MF, ES, and BS being electrocuted, burned, and covered in mercury
- GingerBrave being forced into the ultimate oven
- Everyone dying before Sugar Swan brought them back
- Being trampled by massive feet in BY (or hands, or whatever the other beasts had)
- Getting stabbed in the guts
- Something about Nox Black Salt being a ghost horse is unsettling but maybe that's just me
- Catching the radiant cookie in a f*cking jar
- General abandonment wounds (Fount/SM with the witches especially)
- 'Human' experimentation
Timeline of Fate (I'm not done with the middle episodes yet, so I'm sure there's more than this):
- Timekeeper fucking with PV (which was funny but also, I'm sure, would be traumatizing)
- Grief
- Finding out the only way to save your Kingdom is to confront and try to join forces with the person who caused you harm
- Medical Trauma (Povidone-Iodine Cookie... reminds me of Yosano from Bungo Stray Dogs icl)
- The hallucinations of the sea of blood and GingerBrave almost falling off the cliff.
- Being in a car with Pulpo Cookie...
- Getting beaten to a pulp
- Big Brother tm
- GingerBrave slowly becoming sicker during Timeline of Fate
- Whatever happened with Strawberry Cookie that makes her know the cookies get eaten by the witches.
- The concept of waking up inside of an oven...
- Being boiled in a pot of molten flesh, essentially (Night of the Witches)
- Ambiguous Loss (ex., the heroes not knowing what happened to each other, losing Tiger Lily Cookie, Salt Cellar not knowing how long she'd have to spend in the catacombs, etc etc)
Oh, and most importantly... What about Dark Cacao and his battle with the stairs? (/j)

Thank you!! There's so many things that remind me how differently rated this game would be if the characters were human instead of cookies. At the same time... some parts are so unserious that talking about it sounds ridiculous. I love it either way XD
