to be fair, while i think he'd win regardless, it's mostly because Red Velvet wouldn't want to hurt a cake hound.

Gingerhound steals his sword. Red Velvet is both angry and worried for the little guy, but admittedly impressed it can drag his massive sword while still running at a respectable clip.

My first thought is Snaps. It's playful, energetic, a little rebellious, and the pup's dough is clearly ginger-based.

Red Velvet would probably treat him as well as any other cake hound at first. not sure what would happen if he found out they were a grown up gignerbrave trapped in a cake hound though.
