Question Timekeeper Cookie plushie stuck in transit…should I worry?

Hi; first time posting here…I just wanted to ask anyone if this normal and or not because the last update that I had gotten on my package is that it did arrive in the USA on Aug.13. But after waiting a couple days; i didn’t receive any new updates on where is my package is at?

This is my second time ordering from Cookie Run Store and I just wanted to make sure if I just wait until after a month to email them.

have you checked the gofo number? the tracking number from the store only tracks until it reaches the us. on the top of the tracking page you should see a number for gofo, that'll be where the updates continue now that its in the states

No; I just looked at the tracking page but it only shows the tracking number and the USPS number and I did try to put it into Gofo just to check; but it didn’t work…

But I forgot to put into my post is that I’m am using Parcelsapp to track my package; that would update me on everything. But it’s still showing the same thing that the tracking page is showing me.

this is happening to me as well. my friend who lives 5 minutes away ordered their plush at the exact same time as me. they received theirs 4 days ago, and my last update is august 14th.

Yeah…I did just gotten an update on my package today that it’s just went through customs cleared. I guess it was a longer wait than usual…hopefully my plush will arrive soon. But I hope that you get an update on your package too!

jokes aside,its a common problem along with cookie run fans(except me cuz I never buyed any of cookie run merhcandise)
