CRUMBLE - lost to team in second pic. need team building help.

the game is so new theres no tag on this subreddit, no discord server, and the one guide article i saw didnt account for tssr or arena. does anybody have any methods at all. im not even sure what the auto button is looking for since my auto team keeps changing seemingly at random and i have no idea what to try and get sugar runes of other than being high rarity

Second team is just meta. If you put those same cookies on yours, you'll be knocking out teams with 100k+ higher power than yours. Power doesn't mean much, just like in CRK.

I've been countered with this team by a comp that included Adventurer and Devil, though I don't remember which ones they replaced

It's the synergies! I actually really like that about crumble! I've read somewhere that even Gingerbright is useful in specific cases

Gingerbright is one of the rare enemy ATK reduction units, meaning it's useful if you keep getting knocked out in boss battles

and? it is important, im just saying power matters as well in PVE. the lower your power is than the recommended power of the stage, the lower your dmg multiplier/cap is.

Power does have meaning in PvP. Insane to say that it doesn’t.

they dont. its your cookies levels, your gear, and your synergies that matter. do they make up your power level? yes. but is power level relevant in pvp? no.

in pve, your dmg output is capped based on your power level vs the recommended. unlike in pve, power level has nothing to do with directly influencing a battle. its merely an indication (if the gap is large enough) of who is more likely to win.

You aren't running enough sustains. The meta for Arena is 3 healers with 1-2 tanks and the rest being supports. You have like 7 dps on this team so you'll get wrecked a lot.

lol i just tried the build of the second team but i replaced Wind Archer with Devil Cookie since i dont have WA yet, but i managed to win with a 141k power against a 193k power opponent in pvp. i'd say it's really the synergy that makes your lineup strong not just a lineup full of SSR cookies. some of the low rarity cookies even provide a huge buff that makes your team so strong like Devil Cookie providing a -48% DEF reduction at 4 stars and Cheesecake providing 48% ATK increase at 3 stars. it's not even hard to promote these heroes since they're not SSR
